Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking a DevOps Engineer responsible for crafting, implementing, and maintaining scalable cloud infrastructures and CI/CD pipelines. This role focuses on enhancing system performance and guaranteeing high availability for critical applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage infrastructure as code utilizing Terraform and Ansible to provision cloud environments.
- Design, deploy, and supervise continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to facilitate quick and reliable software releases.
- Diagnose and resolve complex issues with infrastructure and applications in live production settings.
- Work closely with development teams to enhance application scalability and performance.
- Enforce security measures including Identity and Access Management policies, network protections, and compliance standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficient in cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Skilled in container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong scripting capabilities in languages including Python, Bash, or Go.
- Experience with configuration management tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Chef.
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging solutions like Prometheus, Grafana, or the ELK Stack.
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals such as Virtual Private Clouds, subnetting, and load balancing is advantageous.
- Experience with serverless computing and event-driven systems is beneficial.
- Understanding of Agile workflows and DevOps principles is preferred.
