Python Engineer

Role Overview

We are hiring a Senior Python Engineer to support a pioneering company specializing in large language models (LLMs). The position involves crafting and refining Python-based solutions to generate high-quality proprietary datasets aimed at fine-tuning and evaluating AI model performance.

Primary Responsibilities

• Create, implement, and sustain robust Python code designed for training and enhancing AI models.
• Perform detailed evaluations and benchmarking of model performances and analyze outcomes to drive iterative improvements.
• Assess and rank AI responses to user queries across varied domains to ensure compliance with established standards.
• Lead supervised fine-tuning initiatives by developing and maintaining precise, task-oriented datasets.
• Partner with research teams and annotation experts to carry out reinforcement learning with human feedback and enhance reward model quality.

Candidate Requirements

• Expertise in Python programming, including knowledge of AI and machine learning frameworks and libraries.
• Experience in supervised fine-tuning (SFT) and reinforcement learning utilizing human feedback (RLHF).
• Strong grasp of AI model evaluation methods and benchmarking techniques.
• Skills in designing and developing Python scripts for data creation and model optimization purposes.
• Familiarity with methodologies for evaluating and ranking AI model responses.
