Job description
Role Overview
We are recruiting a full-time Product Owner to lead the product vision for a platform, working remotely from anywhere in India. This role requires collaboration with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver user-centric features.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize product features grounded in user research and business targets.
- Work closely with cross-disciplinary teams to convert needs into detailed backlog items.
- Coordinate sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews to maintain focus on deliverables.
- Collect and analyze user feedback to enhance product features and outcomes.
- Track and communicate product performance metrics to guide future improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a related role in software development or platform management.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and familiarity with tools such as Jira or Trello.
- Skilled in conducting user research and converting insights into actionable product requirements.
- Excellent communication abilities for effective collaboration with engineering, design, and business stakeholders.
- Experience managing distributed teams and remote working environments.
