Go Software Engineer (Remote)

Position Overview

We are seeking a Go Software Engineer to contribute remotely to creating the next generation of dialog agents, applicable across education, entertainment, and question-answering domains. This full-time position involves collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to define, design, and implement innovative features.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-produced code and solutions to maintain quality and align with best development practices.
• Plan and manage development cycles, establish priorities, and set project objectives and deadlines.
• Tackle complex programming challenges utilizing Go expertise during AI validation and system integration phases.
• Ensure AI-generated code is accurate, efficient, and reliable through thorough validation procedures.
• Critically analyze code, offer constructive feedback, and promote a collaborative culture fostering innovation and continuous enhancements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, computer science, or comparable experience.
• Minimum three years of pertinent software engineering experience with a track record of team leadership.
• Strong proficiency in the Go programming language and established software development methodologies.
• Experience with AI technologies and code-generation tools, including training large language models.
• Active engagement in public GitHub projects involving feature implementation and extensive codebase refactoring.
