Job description
Role Summary
We are collaborating with a client searching for a Forward Deployed Engineer to join full-time on a remote basis, allowing work from anywhere. This position involves deploying advanced AI solutions for enterprise clients, ensuring smooth integration and adoption of these technologies while working closely with cross-disciplinary teams in live production settings.
Primary Duties
- Implement and configure AI models along with supporting infrastructure tailored to enterprise client needs, ensuring scalability and optimal performance.
- Address and resolve complex technical challenges promptly to reduce downtime and uphold system reliability in production.
- Partner with product and engineering groups to collect client feedback for continuous improvement of deployed solutions.
- Create and update comprehensive documentation supporting system maintenance and future rollouts.
- Offer technical guidance and training to customers, promoting best practices and proactive problem prevention.
Required Expertise
- Proven experience in deploying and expanding AI or machine learning models in production environments.
- Strong command of Python programming and familiarity with cloud services such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure.
- Excellent analytical and diagnostic capabilities to troubleshoot intricate technical problems.
- Familiarity with container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes, and CI/CD workflows is advantageous.
- Effective communication skills necessary for liaison with clients and internal teams.
