Growth Manager

Role Summary

We are looking to appoint a Growth Manager on a full-time remote basis. The key mandate is to lead scalable growth projects by focusing on user acquisition, retention, and monetization across the platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive growth strategies aimed at increasing the platform's user base and revenue streams.
• Examine platform data and user interactions thoroughly to uncover optimization potentials.
• Partner effectively with teams across product development, marketing, and engineering to roll out growth programs.
• Oversee and optimize expenditures on paid digital acquisition channels.
• Maintain regular tracking and reporting on growth metrics to key stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven success in growth marketing or user acquisition roles.
• Strong competence in using data analytics tools such as SQL, Google Analytics, or equivalent software.
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing and experimental design methods.
• Excellent project management abilities with strong prioritization skills.
• Solid knowledge of digital marketing areas including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.

Compensation

The compensation range for this role is $130,000 to $170,000 annually.
