About the Role

This position involves merchandising popular snack brands such as Lay's, Doritos, and Cheetos in local retail stores, ensuring shelves remain stocked, fresh, and visually appealing to customers. You will operate from a location in Waycross, GA, working a scheduled shift in the afternoons and evenings.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive your personal vehicle to designated store locations, with mileage reimbursed during working hours.
• Coordinate check-in and check-out procedures with store managers.
• Transfer stock from backroom storage to sales floors, replenishing display racks and shelves.
• Rotate inventory to maintain freshness and eliminate expired or defective items.
• Keep shelves and displays neat, dismantle boxes, and properly dispose of waste materials.
• Assemble and break down temporary promotional displays as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance.
• Access to reliable personal transportation.
• Physical ability to repeatedly lift and handle products weighing between 15 to 40 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Work Environment and Expectations

• Hands-on training provided both in classroom and practical settings.
• Fast-paced, active workplace demanding frequent physical movement such as lifting and bending throughout the shift.

Additional Information

• Hourly pay rate is $17.45.
• Work schedule is Friday through Tuesday, 3PM to 8PM.
• Location of work: 837 S Augusta Ave, Waycross, GA 31503-4890.
