Detailer

Job Overview

PepsiCo is looking for a committed Detailer to merchandise local retail stores with popular products like Lay's, Doritos, and Cheetos. This role involves maintaining fully stocked, fresh, and well-organized shelves ready for customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel to designated store locations using your personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided during work hours).
• Coordinate check-in and out procedures with the store manager.
• Transfer merchandise from storage to the sales floor, replenishing displays and shelves.
• Rotate stock to keep inventory fresh and remove expired or damaged products.
• Maintain cleanliness and order of shelves and displays, including disposing of waste and knocking down boxes.
• Set up and take down temporary display structures as required.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Willingness to work on weekends, holidays, and during off-shift hours.
• Reliable personal transportation and a valid driver’s license with insurance proof.
• Physical ability to repeatedly lift, carry, push, pull, and manage products weighing between 15 and 40 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodations.

Work Schedule and Location

• Location: 295 W L Runnels Industrial Dr, Hattiesburg, MS.
• Work days: Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
• Shift: 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

Training and Workplace Environment

• Comprehensive on-the-job training, combining practical tasks with classroom learning.
• Energetic and fast-moving work atmosphere requiring physical activity, including lifting and bending throughout the shift.
