Position Overview

Join PepsiCo as a Merchandiser handling iconic beverage brands such as Pepsi, Gatorade, and Aquafina. Your role involves stocking shelves, refreshing products, and creating appealing displays in various local and large-format retail outlets to ensure communities have access to top-quality products.

Key Responsibilities

• Stock PepsiCo products in both large and neighborhood stores by replenishing shelves, coolers, and promotional displays according to the merchandising plan.
• Perform product rotation and date checks to guarantee freshness and maintain high-quality stock levels.
• Transport products from storage areas to the sales floor while organizing stockrooms safely and neatly.
• Construct and maintain eye-catching displays, including setting up promotional signage and banners aligned with national and local campaigns.
• Collaborate with store personnel, communicate daily requirements effectively, and utilize handheld technology (with training) to support ordering and record-keeping tasks.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Possess a valid U.S. driver's license along with proof of insurance.
• Have personal transportation to reach multiple store locations during your shift.
• Willingness to work on holidays if necessary.
• Capable of handling physical tasks such as lifting, loading, pushing, and pulling product cases weighing between 20 to 45 pounds repeatedly over 10-12 hour shifts, with or without accommodations.
• Able to perform physical movements including bending, reaching, and squatting throughout the workday, with or without accommodations.

Work Schedule and Conditions

• Variable work schedule allowing two days off weekly.
• The standard start time is 7:00 AM HST, with shifts lasting 8 to 10 hours or until workload completion.
