About the Role

This position focuses on traveling assigned routes in several locations including Toronto, Etobicoke, Thornhill, and North York. As a merchandiser for PepsiCo Beverages, your objective is to ensure our popular products reach customers across Canada. The ideal candidate is motivated, hardworking, views challenges as opportunities, and works well both independently and as part of a team. Organizational skills and a willingness to work in an active, hands-on environment, rather than in an office, are essential.

Applicants with experience in customer service or roles requiring independence and interpersonal skills will find this job suitable. It is also ideal for students from various programs.

Compensation and Work Schedule

• Earn $25.33 per hour with standard full-time hours plus opportunities for overtime

Primary Responsibilities

• Stocking Pepsi products on shelves, racks, coolers, and displays using manual or powered tools
• Supporting promotional activities by ensuring fully stocked shelves and proper display of marketing materials
• Collaborating with Account Sales Representatives and Delivery teams for excellent client service
• Maintaining organized and neat back-room inventory
• Removing expired items to guarantee fresh products are available

Candidate Requirements

• High school diploma, professional studies diploma, or equivalent
• Current students encouraged to apply
• Valid Class G driver's license and access to a personal vehicle
• Physical capability to lift items up to 50 pounds
• Self-motivated and enjoys independent work
• Strong time management abilities

Additional Desired Skills

• Previous merchandising or customer service experience
• Experience working in grocery retail
