Job Overview
The Talent Management Manager will contribute to several HR and talent initiatives across the Middle East region. This role oversees talent development and assessment programs, maintains ownership of talent-related data and HR information systems, and partners closely with HR and Center of Excellence (COE) teams to foster talent growth and development. The manager plays a critical role in advancing leadership assessment initiatives and leveraging insights to support strategic decision-making. Key stakeholders include Division HR Vice Presidents, HR Business Partners, Senior Leadership, and HR Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute employee lifecycle programs such as leadership assessments (LeAD), 360-degree feedback, functional assessments, and leadership coaching.
- Coordinate project management and communication for top talent initiatives.
- Provide expert talent advisory services by collaborating with senior business and HR leaders to plan executive talent sessions and manage talent data.
- Support data-driven decision-making by analyzing PepsiCo assessments and balancing competing business needs.
- Manage multiple workstreams, aligning priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Offer thought leadership to assist Talent Management leadership in constructing a strategic talent agenda.
- Contribute to talent planning through development and maintenance of talent data files and project support.
- Conduct research to inform client interventions and HR programs.
- Manage and analyze talent and organizational data to detect trends and insights, presenting findings to guide talent strategies.
- Utilize HR systems, including MyP&D, to input and manage talent data accurately.
- Collaborate with TMCI and TMOD teams to ensure seamless integration of programs and processes.
- Foster strong partnerships with corporate COE and sector talent management teams.
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to influence key stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 8 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong communication and influencing skills with a proactive follow-up style.
- Demonstrated leadership ability, influencing multi-level and diverse audiences.
- Experience working across global and local teams to meet objectives.
- Analytical mindset with research capabilities; familiarity with statistical software is advantageous.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Competence in problem-solving and conducting gap analyses.
- Exceptional attention to detail in both written and verbal communication.
- Effective organizational and time-management skills capable of juggling multiple priorities.
- Self-driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- A strong sense of urgency and accountability.
Minimum education
Bachelor's Degree
