Deputy Store Manager - Mallow

Job Summary

At Lidl Ireland, our mission is to create an outstanding shopping experience for every customer, from our Head Office through to the store floor. We are seeking a Deputy Store Manager who enjoys leading by example and wants to contribute to our dynamic team in Mallow, County Cork.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with daily operational duties within the store.
• Drive performance through focused attainment of key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Lead, inspire, and develop the store team to achieve optimal results.
• Oversee and maintain an excellent and appealing shop floor presentation at all times.
• Manage stock levels to ensure availability and replenishment.
• Deliver continuous and outstanding customer service experiences.

Requirements

• Completed Leaving Certificate or an equivalent educational qualification.
• At least two years of management experience in a fast-paced setting.
• Possession of a full driving licence.
• A strong enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, varied environment with an ability to meet targets and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and team members.
• Availability to work flexible shift patterns.
• Prior experience as an Assistant Store Manager is preferred but not essential, provided the candidate demonstrates the right attitude.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive and transparent salary structure starting at €51,000 with increases to €60,000 after three years.
