Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Transport parts to customer locations within a 40-mile radius.
• Maintain excellent customer service standards consistently.
• Report relevant customer feedback and competitor activity back to the branch.
• Load vehicles following company procedures.
• Collect customer returns when necessary.
• Perform daily vehicle maintenance checks.
• Support warehouse operations as required.
• Assist with delivery transfers between branches occasionally.

Working hours typically average up to 41 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturdays depending on branch coverage requirements.

Candidate Profile

• Possession of a full UK Driving Licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
• At least 3 years of professional driving experience.
• Strong familiarity with the local area within a 40-mile radius of the branch.
• Previous experience in a delivery driver role is essential.
• Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to meet deadlines and maintain punctuality.
