Role Overview

We seek a dependable and seasoned Company Driver based in Dubai to safely transport staff, visitors, vital documents, equipment, and materials to various destinations within Dubai and across the UAE. The driver will serve locations such as company offices, client and supplier sites, airports, and project venues. Responsibilities include maintaining the cleanliness and mechanical integrity of the company vehicle, performing routine checks, and promptly reporting any vehicle issues or maintenance needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely ferry company personnel and visitors to specified locations.
• Handle delivery and collection of documents, equipment, and materials as required.
• Navigate to company, client, supplier sites, airports, and project spots efficiently.
• Plan optimal routes to ensure timely arrivals while strictly abiding by the UAE traffic regulations.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and operational soundness.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections including tires, fuel, lighting, oil, and water levels.
• Report any incidences of vehicle damage, faults, and necessary upkeep.
• Log trip details such as mileage and fuel consumption when requested.
• Assist with the physical loading and unloading of equipment/materials as needed.
• Remain available for urgent or spontaneous driving tasks.
• Uphold company vehicles and properties diligently.
• Exhibit professionalism and courtesy toward staff, clients, suppliers, and visitors.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Age must be below 45 years.
• At least three years of hands-on driving experience.
• Possess a valid driving license issued in the UAE.
• Currently residing within the UAE.
• Basic proficiency in English required; knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
• Strong familiarity with Dubai and UAE roads and destinations.
• Maintain a clean driving record.
• Understanding of fundamental vehicle maintenance and checks.
• Physically capable of assisting in loading and unloading moderate equipment.
• Dependable, punctual, and accountable work ethic.
• Flexible to work hours and shifts.
• Availability Sunday through Saturday as per company schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
