Role Overview

Delivery Drivers at GSF Car Parts play an essential role in representing the brand by ensuring timely delivery of auto parts to customers and maintaining superior service standards. They provide vital feedback from customers to help improve service and uphold the company's commitment to on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Transport products to customer locations within a 40-mile radius of the branch.
• Consistently deliver excellent customer service throughout all interactions.
• Relay pertinent customer and competitor information back to the branch team.
• Follow proper procedures when loading the delivery vehicle.
• Collect product returns from customers as required.
• Conduct daily vehicle maintenance checks to ensure safety and reliability.
• Offer assistance in the warehouse when necessary.
• Support Inter-Branch Transfer Deliveries as needed.

Working Hours

Average of 41 hours per week, Monday through Friday, including alternate Saturdays.

Candidate Profile

• Possession of a full UK Driving Licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
• At least 3 years of driving experience.
• Strong familiarity with the delivery area within a 40-mile radius of the branch.
• Previous experience in a delivery driver capacity.
• Understanding of the importance of delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to meet deadlines and demonstrate good punctuality.
• A customer-focused mindset, motivated to go above and beyond in the role.
