Job Overview
This role involves picking up customer orders such as groceries and daily essentials and delivering them promptly to the customer’s residence from the warehouse or store, typically within 10–20 minutes.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick up orders consisting of groceries and daily-use items.
- Deliver orders from the warehouse or store directly to customers' homes.
- Ensure timely delivery, usually within a timeframe of 10 to 20 minutes.
- Communicate politely with customers during delivery.
- Manage orders using an app to accept tasks and update delivery status.
Working Hours
Shifts are flexible, accommodating both part-time and full-time schedules. Full-time work involves approximately 8–10 hours daily, with peak periods in the mornings and evenings.
Compensation
The monthly earning potential ranges between ₹45,000 and ₹80,000, varying based on city and volume of orders. Income consists of per-order payments, incentives, and tips, with higher delivery counts leading to increased earnings.
Eligibility and Requirements
- Minimum education level: completion of 10th grade.
- Possession of a smartphone with internet access.
- Must have Aadhaar card (front and back) and PAN card (front).
