Job Overview
The role involves collecting customer orders, including groceries and daily essentials, from warehouses or stores and delivering them to the customers' residences efficiently and courteously. Timeliness is critical, with most deliveries expected within 10 to 20 minutes.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick up orders such as groceries and daily products from designated stores or warehouses.
- Deliver the orders promptly to customers' addresses.
- Ensure deliveries are made within a short timeframe, typically between 10 to 20 minutes.
- Interact politely with customers during deliveries.
- Accept orders and update their status through the assigned application.
Working Hours
Flexible shifts available, accommodating part-time and full-time schedules. Full-time commitment generally involves working 8 to 10 hours daily. Peak operation times are in the morning and evening.
Compensation
Earnings range approximately from ₹45,000 to ₹80,000 per month, depending on city and volume of orders. Income is composed of per-order payments, incentives, and tips. Greater number of deliveries directly correlates to higher earnings.
Requirements
- Minimum education level of 10th grade completion.
- Possession of a smartphone with internet access.
- Valid identification documents including both front and back of Aadhaar card and pension card front.
