Job Overview
Swiggy Instamart is actively looking to hire Picker/Packer personnel for their Chennai location. Both full-time and part-time positions are available, with immediate joining preferred.
Working Hours and Shifts
- Full-time shifts are from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM and 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
- Part-time shifts include 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 6:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
Job Responsibilities
- Carrying out picking, packing, and scanning of items.
- Handling loading and unloading tasks.
- Performing duties within an indoor store environment; no bike usage is required.
Compensation and Benefits
- Full-time employees receive a monthly salary starting at Rs. 20,000 plus Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), and a joining bonus of Rs. 5,000.
- Part-time employees receive Rs. 8,000 plus PF and ESI.
Eligibility Criteria
- Open to male and female candidates aged between 18 and 35 years.
Additional Information
- Indoor job without the need for bike usage.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
