Job Overview

This role involves picking up and delivering customer orders, including groceries and daily necessities, efficiently from warehouse or store directly to the customer's doorstep. Timely delivery within approximately 10–20 minutes is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect orders from warehouse or store and deliver to customers promptly.
• Ensure deliveries are completed mostly within 10 to 20 minutes.
• Maintain polite interaction with customers during deliveries.
• Manage orders through the application by accepting requests and updating delivery status.

Working Hours

• Flexible shifts available, both part-time and full-time options.
• Full-time work involves approximately 8 to 10 hours daily.
• Peak working hours include morning and evening periods.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly earnings range from ₹45,000 to ₹80,000 depending on city and order volume.
• Earnings include payment per order, incentives, and customer tips.
• Increased deliveries lead to higher income potential.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification is completion of 10th grade.
• Must possess a smartphone with internet access.
• Possession of valid Aadhaar card (front and back) and PAN card (front) is required.
