Role Overview
The Loader/Unloader will be responsible for physically handling the movement of supplies and inventory within the dark store environment, ensuring smooth operations between incoming deliveries and stock management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manually load and unload supply trucks, delivery bags, cartons, and stock crates with care and efficiency.
- Organize and systematically stack inventory, placing grocery items accurately on assigned dark store shelves.
- Utilize handheld scanning devices to scan product barcodes and verify item quantities against delivery documentation.
- Support inventory management by sorting stock and performing spot checks to monitor product expiration dates and maintain quality standards.
