About the Role
This role is ideal for inquisitive and mechanically inclined individuals who want to independently manage sales and customer accounts. You'll be responsible for developing key accounts in your assigned region and contributing to meaningful industrial solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and implement strategic sales plans in partnership with the Motion network.
- Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with other company divisions to maximize account growth.
- Manage your portfolio effectively to ensure clients receive high-quality service.
- Provide ad-hoc support and customer service assistance to your team when necessary.
Required Experience and Skills
- 3 to 4 years of experience in solution-based selling of industrial products and services.
- Capability to identify and secure new business potentials within existing client accounts.
- Strong natural problem-solving skills and a curious mindset.
- Comfortable interacting with stakeholders from blue-collar, construction, and industrial backgrounds.
- A collaborative and team-oriented attitude.
