Role Overview

• Be a customer service expert by actively listening, understanding needs, and confidently delivering complete solutions beyond mere transactions.
• Collaborate with store leadership to energize and motivate your team, linking daily efforts to meaningful customer outcomes.
• Provide purposeful leadership through mentoring and training, empowering your team to become trusted retail professionals who add true value for customers.
• Maintain a well-presented, fully stocked store ensuring customers readily find the products they seek, supporting great customer experiences.

Our passionate sales team supports customers with expert advice and product knowledge to help them choose suitable solutions.

This role includes a flexible rotating roster and monthly rostered days off (RDOs), in addition to standard leave entitlements.

Candidate Profile

• Proven track record in retail leadership with a strong passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Exceptional communication skills, able to connect effectively with team members and customers alike.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, building and nurturing a team capable of meeting various challenges.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, efficiently managing shifting priorities.
• Willingness to undertake hands-on work to ensure smooth daily operations.
