Role Overview

• Utilize your customer service expertise to be a solutions specialist who goes beyond sales transactions by actively listening, understanding customer needs, and confidently providing comprehensive solutions that enhance their shopping experience.
• Collaborate closely with store leadership to energize and inspire your team, helping them unlock their potential and align daily tasks with impactful customer outcomes.
• Lead by example through mentoring, coaching, and training your team members—developing their confidence and skills to transform them into trusted retail experts who offer genuine value to customers.
• Maintain an appealing and organized store environment with well-presented and fully stocked products, ensuring customers can easily find what they want and receive the right solutions.

Additional Information

Our passionate sales team is ready to assist customers with the latest product knowledge and advice to meet their needs. This position offers a flexible rotating roster, including monthly rostered days off (RDOs) alongside standard leave entitlements.
