Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, people-centric Store Business Manager for our Fyshwick location. This role demands a proven retail management professional with a collaborative leadership style to cultivate a safe, engaging, and enjoyable store culture. The Store Business Manager will motivate their team to deliver excellent customer service, provide coaching and development, and champion workplace health and safety initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team of approximately 30 individuals to provide outstanding in-store customer experiences.
- Understand team members individually and offer tailored training and mentorship.
- Ensure adherence to workplace health and safety standards through proactive leadership.
- Effectively manage store operations to maximize sales and profitability while controlling expenses within budget.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in senior retail management roles with leadership over teams of at least 30 members.
- Strong motivational and leadership capabilities to drive team performance.
- Availability to work flexible hours across the store’s operating timetable.
- Comprehensive knowledge of retail operations and processes.
- Proven track record in managing KPIs and budgets effectively.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated expertise in people management and safety compliance.
