Construction Site Helper

About the Role and Company

Join Linxon, a joint venture between AtkinsRéalis and Hitachi Energy, specializing in turnkey high-voltage substations worldwide. We are looking for a Construction Site Helper to assist site managers and safety officers at construction sites in Mannheim and Singen, Germany.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in temporarily securing construction zones by placing chain posts, warning chains, and mobile barriers following the safety officer’s instructions; necessary training will be provided.
• Clean and collect small materials such as screws, nuts, and washers on-site.
• Properly dispose of crates, packaging, and other waste materials after material deliveries.
• Support traffic management on the site to safely guide heavy transport and large machinery.

Qualifications and Skills

• Initial experience in construction sites, crafts, warehousing, logistics, or similar practical fields is advantageous.
• Strong safety awareness and careful working style.
• Proficient German language skills at least at B2 level.
