Job description
Position Overview
We are seeking an Interior Site Supervisor with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience to oversee daily operations at interior construction sites located in Gurgaon Sector 113. The role involves ensuring smooth workflow, maintaining quality standards, and timely completion of interior projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily interior site operations and track progress in alignment with project schedules.
- Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and on-site labor to facilitate seamless execution of tasks.
- Inspect materials and workmanship quality, ensuring compliance with design and specifications.
- Prepare and submit daily progress reports to the project manager and management team.
- Monitor workforce productivity, maintain site safety standards, and address any on-site issues promptly.
- Coordinate timely procurement and delivery of materials while managing inventory records.
- Validate measurements and Bill of Quantities (BOQ), supporting the billing cycle accordingly.
- Engage with clients during site visits to provide status updates and address queries.
- A two-wheeler is required for site commuting.
Additional Compensation
The salary range offered for this role is ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 per month.
