About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and upkeep compiler features using contemporary C++ techniques.
• Create backend compiler components, including code generation modules and target-oriented optimizations.
• Enhance the quality of generated code, improve runtime efficiency, and streamline compilation speed.
• Collaborate closely with CPU architects and hardware engineers to integrate new processor functionalities.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to compiler defects, performance degradation, and low-level software anomalies.

Required Experience and Skills

• Solid understanding of compiler architecture, optimization strategies, intermediate code representations, or computer architecture basics.
• Practical experience, whether commercial or research-based, in compiler development, systems programming, or low-level software engineering.
• Proficient in C and C++ programming languages.

Desirable Qualifications

• Familiarity with compiler frameworks such as LLVM, GCC, or MLIR.
• Experience in backend compiler design and code generation techniques.
• Background in embedded software or insight into processor architectures.
