About the Role
We are seeking a Build Engineer to join a pioneering AI hardware firm based in London that is innovating next-generation processor technology. This role offers a chance to contribute to a dynamic engineering team engaged in silicon development, verification, and physical design.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will focus on creating and maintaining Python-based tooling, build systems, and core infrastructure that support engineering teams in efficiently developing and optimizing workloads throughout the chip development cycle.
Candidate Profile and Required Skills
- Proficient software development skills using Python.
- Hands-on experience with modern build systems such as Bazel.
- Familiarity with workload management platforms including Slurm, LSF, or SGE.
- Knowledge of infrastructure provisioning and automation tools like Ansible or Terraform.
- Experience with containerization solutions, for example, Docker.
- Preferably, experience supporting electronic design automation (EDA) tools or semiconductor-related workflows.
Working Arrangement
The position follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring presence onsite in London three days per week.
