About The Opportunity
Join an established global product and distribution company entering a new phase of growth. As Chief Financial Officer, you will report directly to the CEO and board, and be an integral member of the Executive team. You will lead Finance, Commercial, and IT functions that influence decision-making, capital allocation, and business expansion. This role aims to drive substantial growth over the coming three years, including mergers and acquisitions activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the Finance, Commercial, and IT departments fully.
- Manage multi-market Profit and Loss across three global regions.
- Drive a growth strategy with ongoing and future acquisition initiatives.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven senior financial leadership experience within a multi-market, product-centric business.
- Solid M&A experience, preferably on the buy-side, covering the entire process from sourcing to integration.
- Strong commercial insight with a demonstrated history of enhancing business performance beyond financial reporting.
- Experience leading ERP implementations or significant systemic transformations.
- Capability to engage and influence at board level.
