As a Business Planning Manager within Singtel Enterprise GTM (SEG) Singapore and Industrial sectors, you will collaborate closely with Sales Directors and Account Managers to facilitate financial planning, data-driven analysis, and strategic insights. This role includes preparing and reviewing Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, overseeing performance dashboards, conducting organizational structure assessments, and supporting enterprise-wide initiatives for better information sharing and success.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner in strategic business planning and budgeting activities for SEG, including monthly syndication with product teams and the annual Operating Plan (AOP) cycle.
• Drive effective business targeting and ensure smooth operations by generating intelligence and insights from reports, analyses, and data mining.
• Design and implement forecasting models for continuous business monitoring, incorporating sensitivity analyses and scenario planning; streamline processes to enhance internal control and operational efficacy.
• Lead critical projects and facilitate regular reviews such as funnel management to provide transparency on business status; organize collaborations across units.
• Deliver timely and accurate management reporting supporting major business decisions, including growth forecasts, business-as-usual (BAU) reviews, and dashboard updates.
• Manage month-end closing processes to ensure accurate and proper financial book closure.
• Stay updated on sector-specific trends, government developments, commercial progress, and changes in market environments affecting the enterprise and vertical industries.
• Promote adoption of AI and digital solutions to innovate and optimize financial operations and workflows.

Skills and Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Business, Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
• Between 3 to 5 years of experience in business planning, analysis, or sales operations roles.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to handle large datasets effectively; familiarity with Power BI and Salesforce is advantageous.
• Experienced in budgeting and producing precise management reports and analyses to inform strategic decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills highlighted by cross-functional collaboration, clear communication, and a process-driven mindset to manage diverse responsibilities.
• Strong business sense combined with a customer-focused orientation, independence, and teamwork abilities.
• High level of accuracy, responsibility, robust analytical capabilities, and excellent organizational and multitasking competence.
• Capable of performing efficiently under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
