Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with development teams and product managers to conceptualize and design software solutions.
• Lead user story grooming sessions with product stakeholders and engineering teams.
• Design system architecture, including software components, microservices, and API gateway platforms.
• Conduct code reviews, cybersecurity assessments, monitor applications, and mentor junior developers in API-first development practices.
• Configure and manage CI/CD pipelines and DevOps deployment processes.
• Focus on development, scalability, and performance optimization of APIs and web applications.
• Quickly learn and implement the latest software technologies and frameworks to deliver projects effectively.
• Develop and maintain efficient databases and applications.
• Test software to ensure high responsiveness and efficiency.
• Establish security and data protection settings.
• Create features and applications with responsive designs.
• Document technical processes and software details thoroughly.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• At least 4 years of proven experience as a developer or in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in object-oriented programming languages such as Java and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with API-based system integration.
• Expertise in designing and implementing web technologies including ReactJS, TypeScript, RESTful microservices, and Java.
• Familiarity with databases like MongoDB or SQL Server, and web servers such as Nginx or Apache.
• Experience with containerized application development using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge and experience working within Scrum-based development environments using JIRA and CI/CD tools.
• Desirable: Experience in distributed application development with Apache Storm or Spark, and Python programming skills.
