Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to join our Agentforce team — a key driver in building and deploying complex agentic AI solutions in enterprise client environments. This leadership position requires guiding technical project delivery, mentoring engineering talent, and defining engineering best practices that scale AI deployments. Working closely with a Deployment Strategist, you'll oversee the complete lifecycle from design through production.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive technical ownership alongside Deployment Strategist to ensure top-quality deliverables, whether crafted individually or AI-assisted.
• Leverage AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude, and Salesforce Vibes daily, setting patterns that influence the wider team.
• Convey real-world deployment insights directly into product and engineering enhancements.
• Continuously adopt and pilot cutting-edge AI tools and methodologies, sharing knowledge internally and externally.
• Lead the end-to-end construction and launch of agentic AI solutions on Agentforce, including agent logic, tooling, orchestration, guardrails, and enterprise-level integrations.
• Manage the entire data workflow encompassing model design, pipeline development, and data readiness using platforms like Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, and Databricks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges related to data integration, model deployment, orchestration failures, and performance issues.
• Create and maintain dashboards tracking agent performance and customer KPIs to monitor deployment health and business impact.
• Rapidly develop proofs-of-concept and MVPs while exercising sound judgment on decision priorities.
• Document and standardize reusable engineering patterns, assets, and frameworks derived from customer engagements.
• Mentor engineers via code reviews, pairing, and collaborative development within shared codebases.
• Offer expert technical guidance for high-risk or strategically critical deployments.
• Collaborate with Deployment Strategists to transform complex customer challenges into deployable agentic AI solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years' software engineering or technical delivery experience with a strong record of managing scalable production systems in enterprise AI, cloud, or SaaS contexts.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language from Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex, with working knowledge of others.
• Hands-on experience integrating large language models (LLMs) in live environments, familiarity with frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex, and application of prompt engineering and responsible AI principles.
• Advanced expertise in data modeling, processing, and analytics across platforms such as Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, or Databricks.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce platform components including Agentforce, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Salesforce APIs.
• Entrepreneurial mindset focused on rapid, impactful delivery balanced by thoughtful decision-making.
• Demonstrated experience mentoring engineers and creating reusable tools, playbooks, and frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills with diverse technical and business stakeholders.
• Active engagement with emerging AI/data technologies and continuous learning.
• Ability and willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English at the business level.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer I/II, Agentforce Specialist, or System Architect.
• Knowledge of DevOps/CI-CD pipelines, observability solutions, or data governance methods.
• Experience designing multi-cloud, enterprise AI architectures for Global 500 companies.
• Track record influencing product roadmaps through field engineering insights.
• Participation in open-source projects, technical publications, or conference speaking.
