About the Company and Opportunity

Muthoot Homefin (India) Ltd. is looking for fresh graduates to join their Paid Business Development Internship Program. This program is designed for recent graduates and final-year students to gain hands-on experience in the finance sector, focusing on business development and sales related to home loans.

Candidate Eligibility

• Graduates or freshers from B.Com, BBA, BA, or BMS courses graduated in 2024 or later.
• Students currently in their final year of graduation who have completed the 5th semester successfully.
• Students enrolled under the Apprenticeship Embedded Degree Program (AEDP).

Work Location

Opportunities are available across multiple locations throughout India, with specific location assignments based on region.

Compensation and Incentives

• Monthly stipend of ₹14,000 for the initial six months.
• Monthly stipend increased to ₹18,000 for the following six months.
• Performance-based incentives applicable after completing three months of internship.

Role Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
• Engage with customers requiring home loans, aiming to fulfill their requirements.
• Generate leads and facilitate customer acquisition.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Conduct field visits and contribute to market expansion activities.
• Gain knowledge in banking, finance, and business development principles through practical exposure.

Career Progression

Successful interns who complete 18 months and meet performance and eligibility criteria may be promoted to the role of Team Leader.
