Job description

Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Development Representative responsible for managing the entire sales process from prospecting to closing. This position offers you full ownership of your sales pipeline and the opportunity to develop meaningful, long-term client relationships by overseeing complex deals from initiation through to completion.

Candidate Profile

  • At least 2 years of professional experience, ideally including a minimum of 1 year in sales-related roles such as Sales Development Representative, Business Development Representative, Sales Consultant, Appointment Setter, or outbound sales.
  • Residence in Dublin with ability to work onsite Monday through Friday.
  • Legal eligibility to work in Ireland with an EU passport, UK passport, or Stamp 4 Visa.
  • A driven, high-performance attitude coupled with a demonstrated record of success and eagerness to develop further.

Compensation Details

  • Competitive base salary plus commission and bonus with an average Year 1 total earning exceeding €50,000.
  • Starting base salary and bonus amount to €38,000.
  • Uncapped commission paid monthly including upfront and trailing payments, offering potential earnings exceeding €100,000 in less than two and a half years.
