Role Overview

Begin your sales career with a base salary of $83,000 and an on-target earning potential of $140,960, with achievable earnings exceeding 140%. This position is key to driving qualified leads and sales opportunities in partnership with the ANZ sales team, contributing to Employment Hero's ambitious goal to transform workforce management.

Primary Responsibilities

• Generate sales leads through proactive outbound cold calling, emailing, and following up on prospects.
• Meet and surpass sales targets to fuel company growth.
• Identify and qualify principal decision-makers within prospective clients.
• Collaborate effectively with Account Executives to ensure seamless lead transition and closure.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Research and analyze accounts to identify influencers and stakeholders.
• Maintain and expand the prospect database within assigned market segments.
• Assist in delivering compelling online demonstrations to potential clients when required.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a minimum of one year of proven success in high-volume B2B outbound sales.
• Experienced with sales tools including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, ZoomInfo, and Outreach.
• Consistently exceed set sales objectives.
• Exhibit strong phone communication skills and resilience for extended call durations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Demonstrate proficient listening and presentation skills.
• Capable of multitasking, prioritizing, and managing time efficiently.
