Role Summary

The Mid-Market Business Development Representative will be a key contributor to Employment Hero's growth within the mid-market segment. The role focuses on identifying, engaging, and qualifying sales opportunities that align with the company's ambitious growth objectives in workforce management.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new sales leads within mid-market companies (151+ employees) through inbound inquiries and outbound outreach, including calls and emails.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand the specific needs of mid-market clients and adapt solutions accordingly.
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth transition and closure of qualified opportunities.
• Research mid-market accounts, identify decision-makers, and spark interest in Employment Hero's offerings.
• Maintain and grow a database of mid-market prospects within the assigned segment.
• Support the sales team in delivering online software demonstrations to prospects when needed.

Candidate Profile

• Proven success in high-volume inside sales focused on the mid-market.
• Consistent over-achievement of sales targets within this segment.
• Strong telephone communication skills coupled with resilience in prolonged phone engagement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills tailored to mid-market clients.
