Job Overview

• Craft and serve a wide range of cocktails, spirits, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages with confidence and consistency.
• Greet and engage customers warmly, showing energy and genuine personality.
• Adhere to Mama Shelter’s specific recipes, presentation, and service standards.
• Offer drink recommendations and provide knowledgeable answers to guest inquiries.
• Bring flair and a touch of showmanship while ensuring service is efficient and smooth.
• Prepare, stock, and keep the bar clean, organized, and ready for service.
• Manage multiple drink orders simultaneously, maintaining speed, quality, and attention to detail.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous bartending experience is essential.

• Capable of managing bar operations independently without fundamental guidance.

• Strong understanding of bar setup, inventory management, cleanliness, and closing duties.
