Role Overview

The Bartender will expertly prepare beverages while delivering outstanding guest service. Responsibilities include mixing classic and contemporary drinks, maintaining a tidy bar area, and efficiently managing orders, often under busy conditions.

Candidate Profile

• 1 to 2 years’ experience in bartending or beverage service preferably within hotels or upscale locations
• Knowledgeable about cocktails, spirits, garnishes, and presentation of drinks
• A strong commitment to hospitality with a guest-centered approach
• Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask effectively
• Familiar with POS systems such as Micros and inventory control procedures
• Certification in responsible alcohol service is advantageous
• Fluent English required; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is a benefit
• Compliance with local food handling and alcohol service laws, including age regulations
• Well-organized and capable of maintaining performance in a fast-paced environment
• Education level preferably diploma, high school, or relevant certification
• Practical experience operating cash registers and ordering systems
