Role Overview

The Room Service Order Taker is responsible for managing and coordinating all requests related to Room Service. This role requires prompt action on service requirements to maximize guest satisfaction and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Candidate Profile

• Possession of a diploma or degree in hospitality or vocational training in food and beverage is preferred.
• Relevant prior experience in a similar position is desirable.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in additional languages is considered a plus.
• A reliable and dedicated work ethic.
