About the Role
As a Receptionist at The WB™ Abu Dhabi, Curio Collection by Hilton™, you represent the welcoming spirit of hospitality by providing guests with a memorable and seamless experience. Your role extends beyond traditional check-in and check-out procedures to creating a warm and inviting first impression that enhances each guest's stay.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome guests upon arrival, verify their information, assign rooms, provide keys, and assist with bell services or welcome materials.
- Efficiently manage the check-out process by confirming charges, handling payments, issuing receipts, and accurately operating the point-of-sale system.
- Possess thorough knowledge of the hotel's amenities, room categories, rates, promotional offers, and local attractions to assist guest inquiries effectively.
- Encourage utilization of hotel services through up-selling strategies, aiming to boost room and ancillary service revenue.
- Respond promptly and thoughtfully to guest requests, resolve any issues with care, and manage messages and communications professionally.
