Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the housekeeping team by training, scheduling, and supervising to maintain high standards of cleanliness in guest rooms.
• Conduct regular inspections including thorough checks of vacant checkout rooms, spot checks in occupied rooms, and review common service areas like storage and corridors to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are maintained.
• Coordinate and report any maintenance issues promptly while ensuring timely follow-up to resolve facility concerns.
• Organize and oversee special housekeeping projects such as periodic deep cleaning and other initiatives.
• Manage housekeeping inventory and equipment, maintaining proper stock levels and ensuring all tools are well-maintained.
• Deliver outstanding guest service by responding efficiently to requests, including those from VIP and special guests.
