Senior Compound Supervisor

Job Overview

The Senior Compound Supervisor is responsible for managing the everyday functioning of company employee compounds. This includes ensuring that accommodation facilities are well-maintained, safe, clean, and managed efficiently to meet employees' housing requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily activities relating to accommodation, maintenance, housekeeping, security, and general services within the compounds.
• Manage occupancy levels, allocate rooms, track employee movements, and oversee housing capacity in the assigned compounds.
• Liaise with contractors, landlords, service providers, and different internal departments to guarantee smooth service delivery.
• Conduct regular inspections of sites to ensure adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
• Address employee grievances, operational problems, incidents, and emergencies while monitoring contractor performance and overall service quality.

Qualifications & Experience

• Possess a diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.
