Senior Compound Supervisor

Job Overview

The Senior Compound Supervisor is accountable for managing the daily functions of the company's employee living compounds. This role ensures accommodation facilities are well-maintained, secure, clean, and effectively managed to meet workforce housing requirements.

Primary Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day operations of employee residential compounds including accommodation, maintenance, housekeeping, security, and ancillary services.
• Administer occupancy levels, assign rooms, monitor employee movements, and manage housing capacity across designated compounds.
• Liaise with contractors, landlords, service providers, and internal teams to guarantee timely and efficient service provision.
• Conduct frequent inspections of sites to guarantee compliance with organizational policies, safety regulations, and legal standards.
• Address employee complaints, resolve operational challenges, manage incident response and emergencies, and evaluate contractor performance and service quality.

Qualifications and Skills

• Possess a diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Facilities Management, or related disciplines.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage teams effectively.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficient problem-solving capabilities to address and mitigate issues efficiently.
