Role Overview
The Waiter/Waitress will be responsible for delivering prompt, precise, and efficient food and beverage service to guests to uphold exceptional service quality aligned with guest expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and greet guests with a smile.
- Recommend and adeptly promote food and beverage items.
- Provide swift, efficient, and accurate service to all guests and team members.
- Respond promptly and satisfactorily to guest requests and inquiries.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu and food and beverage offerings to adequately answer guest questions.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely communication to kitchen and bar staff.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Completion of High School education.
- Prior experience in service roles is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Point-of-Sale (POS) systems is beneficial.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Good interpersonal abilities and problem-solving skills.
- Possession of a Basic Food Safety Certificate.
- Arabic language proficiency is a plus.
- Capability to perform effectively under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
