Role Overview

The Waiter/Waitress is tasked with delivering prompt, precise, and courteous food and beverage services to guests, consistently maintaining high standards that meet their expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly receive and greet guests with a friendly smile.
• Professionally recommend and upsell food and drink items.
• Provide fast, accurate service to all guests and colleagues.
• Address guests' reasonable requests and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu and beverage options to answer questions confidently.
• Accurately take orders and effectively communicate them to kitchen and bar staff.

Qualifications and Skills

• Completed High School education.
• Prior experience in food and beverage service is beneficial.
• Familiarity with Point-of-Sale (POS) systems is advantageous.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Good interpersonal abilities and capability to resolve problems effectively.
• Basic Food Safety Certification is required.
• Arabic language skills are a plus.
• Able to work efficiently under pressure in a busy environment.
