Position Overview
In partnership with a top global airline, Accor oversees lounge operations at Changi Airport and is seeking a dependable and meticulous Housekeeping Attendant. This role focuses on maintaining superior cleanliness and hygiene in lounge toilets and shower facilities, managing shower suite assignments, and preparing beds in rest areas to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
Key Duties
- Greet and assist guests courteously during shower suite allocation.
- Handle shower suite reservations and coordinate guest flow efficiently.
- Ensure thorough cleaning and sanitization of shower suites upholding high hygiene standards.
- Change linens and prepare beds in designated sleeping areas.
- Attend swiftly to guest requests related to hygiene and comfort within assigned zones.
- Manage inventory levels and replenish shower amenities such as towels, toiletries, and refreshments consistently.
- Operate cleaning chemicals and equipment safely according to protocols.
- Report any maintenance or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene guidelines.
