Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Ensure the proper execution of opening and closing procedures, maintaining strict compliance with departmental policies.
• Guide and oversee junior team members, ensuring their timely completion of tasks aligned with departmental expectations.
• Manage bookings and cancellations, consistently verifying reservations daily through phone or email.
• Accurately take orders for food and beverages based on guest preferences, delivering service that meets quality standards.
• Promote and upsell food and beverage items effectively to increase revenue, including recommending other dining venues as applicable.
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene protocols as per HACCP guidelines.
• Address guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, escalating issues to management when necessary.
• Supervise outlet operations during management absences and assist in other outlets during busy periods.
• Participate in all designated briefings, meetings, and training sessions.
• Maintain impeccable personal appearance, hygiene, punctuality, and wear the full prescribed uniform at all times.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by hotel leadership.

Qualifications and Skills

• Possess a Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management.
• Additional certifications in Food & Beverage are beneficial.
• Proficient reading, writing, and speaking skills in English.
• Knowledge of other languages and familiarity with local dialects is advantageous.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a comparable role.
• Competent in using MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
