Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive bar service by tending bar stations and serving food that surpasses guest expectations.
• Craft a variety of cocktails, mixed drinks, and customized beverages to excite and satisfy guests.
• Maintain a well-stocked and impeccably clean bar environment at all times.
• Engage guests throughout their beverage experience to inspire and delight.
• Assist the bar team with operational tasks, approaching challenges with innovative solutions.
• Develop and nurture relationships with new and existing patrons to anticipate their needs and encourage future visits.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a valid and current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) accreditation.
• Have prior relevant bartending experience and a genuine enthusiasm to grow your career.
• Hold legal working rights within Australia.
• Exhibit a self-driven, energetic attitude suitable for fast-paced environments.
• Demonstrate problem-solving abilities with a proactive, can-do mindset.
