Position Overview

We seek a passionate Bartender who excels beyond preparing drinks to create exceptional and memorable guest experiences. This position involves mastering current trends, understanding local offerings, and responding to the evolving expectations of guests. The bartender will act as a host within the bar area, managing customer service dynamics, maintaining bar appearance and functionality, and fostering strong interdepartmental and community relationships to anticipate guest needs.

This role demands high attention to detail, responsibility for handling money securely, providing accurate information to guests, and ensuring top-quality beverages. Physical requirements include standing, walking, occasional sitting for prolonged periods, and manual handling tasks such as lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling objects up to 25 pounds.
