F&B Service Expert

Overview

This role is centered on delivering a memorable dining experience beyond just serving food and drinks. The F&B Service Expert plays a crucial part in ensuring guests enjoy their meals by taking initiative in various service aspects such as table setup, guest interaction, kitchen communication, and maintaining cleanliness in work areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare tables and dining areas to meet service standards.
• Engage with guests to provide courteous and attentive service.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of work stations and supplies.
• Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting objects under 25 pounds unaided (and up to 50 pounds with assistance), and maneuvering in various physical motions as required.

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
• Less than one year of relevant work experience in food and beverage service.
• No supervisory experience is required.
• No licenses or certifications necessary for this position.
